10% buyers premium added to all winning bids plus 6% KY sales tax. Tax exempt customers can have sales tax waved by providing resell certificate. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
All items need to be picked up within our pickup days. (Tuesday-Thursday 11:00-4:00 EST)
Items not picked up those days will be resold for a storage fee Berkshire Trains & Vintage Toys will keep.

A valid credit card will need to be used to bid on our auction. You can choose to pay cash upon pickup by letting the auction house know prior to your card being charged.
